PADA: Apply for education

Description

This is the first step in joining the PADA team! To start your educational and professional experience, enter this introductory lesson and send us all the needed documents.

To conduct PADA in your organization, you must have at least three certified PADA team members. Decide which level of certification is the best for you and apply for it with this recruitment course, which will guide you step by step with the procedure. Our PADA supervisors will assess your documents, and we will send you the feedback in 14 days. After that time, you can start your adventure with online education, live webinars, and practical training!

PADA is the best tool to assess dogs’ personalities. It was created for animal-assisted intervention professionals who want to work with suited dogs. Thanks to PADA, you can learn more about dogs’ personalities, its preferences, strengths, and challenges.

To become part of the PADA team, you must decide which certification level suits your needs and education.

1. Evaluator:
   1. Degree in Ethology (or equal education/training and experience)
   2. Recommendation letter from AAI organization (IAHAIO or AAII member)
2. Leader:
   1. Dog trainer certification
   2. Recommendation letter from AAI organization (IAHAIO or AAII member)
3. Technician:
   1. Dog trainer certification
   2. Recommendation letter from AAI organization (IAHAIO or AAII member)
